RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a customer is unsatisfied with the hair or merchandise, they must email us within 48 hours to inform us that they wish to exchange an item. If we do not receive notification from the customer in this timeframe; an exchange will not be granted. Products must be unused, unaltered, with original fasteners in place and unbroken, to be eligible for an exchange. Items determined to be used, damaged, styled, cut, wefts tampered with, or otherwise altered will be rejected; and will not be eligible for an exchange. Items that are rejected for exchange will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

The product sent cannot be worn, and tags must be attached for an exchange. All accessories and wigs are final sale. Hair and merchandise returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to ship the new item(s) out.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and we are not responsible for returning shipping charges. We inspect all merchandise and hair before shipment to ensure quality. Luxe Life Glam will ship hair/ merchandise in a timely manner. Tracking information may be provided consumer to ensure delivery and arrival of package. Luxe Life Glam is not responsible for shipping disputes. Please consult shipping carrier with any shipping questions once hair is shipped. We recommend ordering far in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays and weekends are not business days and should not be included in production timeframes. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
